The rooms sometimes emitted cooking smells, possibly due to ducting, which could be a minor nuisance. The lack of extra beds and exclusive benefits for Priority Club members was a downside.
The hotel offers top-quality rooms with a thoughtful platter of complimentary dates, baklava, and nuts, a big bed, a sofa, and excellent amenities. The service is accommodating, and the location near City Center Mall is very good for exploring Doha. The dining experience was good with a large buffet and live stations. However, the rooms could be warmer, and the breakfast options were not the best.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and well-stocked with everything a traveler might need, and despite being very functional, they provided a restful stop after our 10-hour journey. The service was friendly and exemplar, especially Mr Wael at the Reception, although the private car charges were a bit steep. The location, right in the center of the West Bay area in Doha, was perfect for my needs. The dining options were delicious, including a wide variety, but the end timing could be a bit more flexible.
